Timer Reservations

Current Status as of August 1

Good News!  Almost everyone who sent in their timer reservations in the first couple days got their first choice for session assignments.  Session assignments as of now are displayed in the chart below.  Actual lane assignments will be worked out in the timers meeting before each session.  Check out your session assignments and e-mail me at dale@stdnet.com if you need to make any changes.
As you can see, Thursday Morning is going to be a problem!  If anyone would like to switch one of their sessions to Thursday, I would appreciate that greatly.  Friday and Sunday will probably fill out as the rest of the teams send their requests.  Once the grid is complete, we will fill in some 'alternate' positions for each session.

At the January 23 LSC meeting, legislation was passed to require all teams participating in the Summer State meet to provide timers in proportion to the number of individual entries submitted to last year's Long Course meet. Every team participating is required to staff at least one lane for one session. Each lane requires two timers.  Teams may reserve any combination of sessions to satisfy their requirement.   Session times are approximate and subject to change.  Lanes will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis from reservations received postmarked on or after March 13 - just like meet reservations.  If you have questions about this form, please call Dale Nickels 608-271-6249 or email: dale@stdnet.com.
